great CHEMISTRY BIG news on the fine dining scene is that Brisbane s own Brad and Ange are launching a new venture. Chef extraordinaire Brad Jolly, formerly of Lat.27, and his wife Angelica are about to launch Alchemy, at 175 Eagle St, overlooking the Brisbane River. Internationally-awarded Brad will no doubt dazzle with the European flair that has become his signature style. Alchemy is expected to open by the end of the month.
